The PayPal Shopping system is built into the website. As soon as you confirm your order, you will be taken to PayPal's own secure site to complete your purchase. No one at Rustic Charm Jewellery will see your card details at any time.
Postage & Packaging
The postage charge is for Royal Mail Special Delivery, which means that a signature will be required on receipt. I aim to despatch orders within two working days, in the unlikely event of a delay, I will contact you via email. If it is a commissioned piece separate communication will take place regarding dispatch.
Your jewellery will be in sent to you in a gift bag and securely packaged.
I am happy to send my jewellery world-wide. If you are not in the UK please contact me to arrange postage.
If you would like to commission a piece of jewellery, just email me and we'll see what we can come up with.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item within seven days of receipt. The goods should be returned unused and in original condition and in the original packaging.
Please note that, except in the case of the goods being faulty, all postage costs will have to paid for by the customer.
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
